Sales Engineer - Catalonia and Aragon

Purpose of the position
Your typical day
- Responsible for Sales in the assigned territory, with potential for promotion to other areas or applications within the KSP scope of responsibility.
- Business development and potential customer engagement.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Preparing quotations, providing technical advice, and negotiating conditions.
- First level technical support to customers.
- Evaluating and proposing new applications and services, and collaborating with third-party companies to enhance KISTLER's product/service portfolio.
- Increasing the Service Sales Portfolio.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, publications, newsletters, press releases, seminars, and other events.
- Keeping the workplace clean and aligned with lean office principles.
Your profile
- University degree, preferably in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with similar products, with good sales and technical records; knowledge of KISTLER products is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel and commitment to developing new customers.
- Strong networking in Automotive, Aerospace, R&D Institutes, and Universities.
- Knowledge in sensor and measurement technology is a must.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, flexible, and a good team player.
- Accustomed to working towards targets.
- Experience with CRM and ERP software.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, additional languages are a plus.
- Driving license with a clean record.
- Oriented towards a paper-free and lean office.
