Purpose of the position
Responsible for creating robust, high-performance platform libraries and scripting environments. This role acts as the technical bridge between the kernel experts and the application developers, ensuring the system's foundational software is stable and scalable.
Your typical day
- Working in a software development team
- Platform Design: Lead the architecture of shared libraries used across multiple business applications.
- System Optimization: Support the team by creating professional software architecture that optimizes Linux system resources.
- Automation Mastery: Implement and manage advanced software deployment automation.
- Integration: Ensure continuous systems integration, specifically focusing on the build system (Yocto).
- Methodology: Apply and evolve Kistler methodologies for high-level platform stability.
Your profile
- Experience: 5+ years; proven track record in library/middleware development.
- Languages: Advanced C and C++ 11/17/20.
- Scripting: Advanced Lua and Bash.
- Environment: Understanding of Linux kernel concepts; Yocto (Must have).
- Core Skills: Strong algorithms, data structures, and advanced OOD.
